彎下腰，繫上。蝴蝶結上的翅膀，是永不散的姊妹滔。

Bending down, slipping on and tying an everlasting butterfly knot of sisterhood.

記得在高一時，

有一次從樓梯上滾下來，

當時因為驚嚇過度，

一時之間站不起來，

後來班上同學扶我去保健室。

隔天上體育課要換運動鞋時，

因為彎不下來所以沒辦法換，

當時我最好的兩個好朋友，

自己都還沒換好鞋子，

就先幫我穿鞋子、綁鞋帶。

好朋友們的一個小動作，

但卻在當時幫了我大忙，

高中姐妹的情誼，

直到現在都是最美好的回憶。

I remember in the first year of high school, once I slipped and fell down some stairs. Because of the shock, I couldn’t stand up. Some classmates found me and helped me to the nurse’s office. The next day it was time for gym class but I still was not able to bend down to change my shoes. My two best friends hadn’t even changed their shoes yet but they came to help me put on my sneakers and tie the laces. It was a small gesture that was a big help for me at the time. Those high school friends are like sisters to me. Still now those memories and sentiments are so beautiful.
